What Was the American Colonization Society

The goal of the the Statesn Colonization Society (ACS) was a ii office staff program. The first goal was to help abolish slaveholding by offering that the get together States pay the slaveholders if they allowed the slaves to go still. Their second goal was to see emancipated slaves and bounteous African Americans to Africa. The ACS hoped that thaw and soon-to-be emancipated slaves would want to choose whether to stay in the coupled States or return back to Africa. Their second goal is the oddment discussed.
